I made my appointment 7 days prior, but when I arrived, I was questioned how I made my appointment and that usually they are only allowed so many appointments at 4pm. I have always used the dealership for service & have generally been satisfied. The last two visits, however, both service technicians listed necessary services that my vehicle needs, yet both times I co generally been satisfied. Either their database is wrong or they are trying to upsell services. Once corrected they apologized but it has happened twice now.
