In small letters below the coupon it stated synthetic oil extra. My car requires synthetic oil so I was willing to pay the extra cost for the synthetic oil and still use the coupon. I was told I could not use it. I was told it was for conventional oil changes only when it clearly stated (synthetic oil extra) in small letters in the coupon. I find that somewhat deceptive with no clear explanation given. I ended up paying full oil change price minus 10 dollars for another coupon in the mailing from gates for 10 dollars off any service bill over 50 dollars. I would have saved more if I could have used the other coupon. I would like an explanation why I could not use the 14.95 coupon. More

Fast Service Took my vehicle in on a Wednesday, they had the part overnighted and it was ready the very next morning. new tires/ alignment/ brakes I came in to have a oil change and met Stephen who was pinch hitting from the service dept. I asked about new tires and brakes. He came up with severa I came in to have a oil change and met Stephen who was pinch hitting from the service dept. I asked about new tires and brakes. He came up with several alternatives. He fully explained the advantages and I felt comfortable with my decision to proceed with the tires with an alignment and he said when I returned on Friday the brakes could be inspected as well. Once again Stephen reviewed my options with me and I decided to have the brakes worked on as well.
