Gates is always on their A-game. I have dealt with Gates Toyota service for about 3 years now. They earned my business in sales by taking care of me in service first. They continue to I have dealt with Gates Toyota service for about 3 years now. They earned my business in sales by taking care of me in service first. They continue to earn my business with every service visit, always top-notch professional in every aspect of service. On a recent visit, there was an incident on the alignment rack that left a very small dent & tear in my hood decal. They were very professional & apologetic about the incident, and were very accommodating to me in getting the repair completed in a very professional manner. In case you lost count (or weren't counting), I used the word "professional" 3 times in my review. It's why I continue to trust Gates to service my baby. This review was about service, but I received the same level of professional treatment from the sales department. Shout-out to Drew & Stephen! More

Friendly on time service I have been a long time customer at Gates. I trust the advice the service department recommends. This is a fact after I was "sold" some services befor I have been a long time customer at Gates. I trust the advice the service department recommends. 70,000 Mile Service The service was fine but on the phone the when I asked how the service was different (besides price) than going through the oil change area, I was tol The service was fine but on the phone the when I asked how the service was different (besides price) than going through the oil change area, I was told that one difference was that a tech would look at it. My car was pulled into the oil change area which expedited the process but seemed to contradict what I was told on the phone as it did not appear that a regular mechanic looked at the vehicle. Also, the brochure mailed out stated the car would be washed with the but it was not. However, the basic service seems to have been completed correctly which is the most important aspect. I will continue to use Gates Service. More

Satisfied overall with service. I dropped in to the Service Center because my tire light came on, and I wanted any issues resolved before I left on a road trip to Frankfort, KY. The I dropped in to the Service Center because my tire light came on, and I wanted any issues resolved before I left on a road trip to Frankfort, KY. The service rep was courteous and kept me informed of what they believed the problem was. Unfortunately as they worked, they discovered the sensors had to be replaced, not simply repaired. I was thanked for my patience. My only disappointment was that twice in the last 6-7 weeks that tire light had come on and I visited the Service Center. It took until the 3rd trip to go deep enough to discover the underlying reason the tires were losing pressure. I have had no further problem since my visit. More

Took quite a long time I have been coming to Gates Toyota for oil changes for 6 years. Had never had a problem until the last year, culminating with this last visit. I arrov I have been coming to Gates Toyota for oil changes for 6 years. Had never had a problem until the last year, culminating with this last visit. I arroved at 6:55 and my vehicle was not done with its oil change until just after 9am. I was sitting in the waiting room talking with 2 other customers who arrived at 7:50 and 8am and were both finished and out of there by 8:55. I was told it was supposed to be first come, first serve by the employee working the desk and he apologized for the wait. This has now happened 3 times in the last 1.5 years which is very frustrating. Would just warn people that you might be there for a while if you go for an oil change. More
