I ended up purchasing a newer Certified Preowned CX-5 and got an incredible trade in price for my older model and Miguel was very knowledgeable and extremely good at his job. I only wish I had done some additional research on interest rates prior to purchase. Very satisfied with my upgraded CX-5 purchase but will be looking to refinance at a better rate asap. More

I am not one to write many reviews especially because of service that should be expected. However, will write about this. I have purchased 2 new Mazda cars (in 2017 & 2018) at Sports Mazda South and have service that should be expected. However, will write about this. I have purchased 2 new Mazda cars (in 2017 & 2018) at Sports Mazda South and have also done all my maintenance services since without issues. Last month during one of my car maintenance, something happened that had me close to NOT using SportsMazda South ever again. However, It was a sincere attention and commitment that Stephen Mendez showed me and not just by saying a “that we value our customers” punchline, but by a true hard customer service approach to making things right. Additionally, my new service consultant Sashary Solá (since Stephen has a new position) worked eagerly with Stephen on keeping me on board still as a customer. It is because of Stephen and Sashary the true meaning of customer service has not completely disappeared. More

Went to the dealership for a manufacturer recall, which I had to book out 2 weeks in advance in order to get a loaner vehicle. Fast forward to the appointment day, I set my appointment for 7:30am in order to had to book out 2 weeks in advance in order to get a loaner vehicle. Fast forward to the appointment day, I set my appointment for 7:30am in order to drop off the car and get home for work. The dealership knew this timeline because they asked to do an equity assessment on my vehicle and I told them I had work meetings so I didn’t have time in the morning, but I could talk when I picked the car up later that day. Drop off the car, end up waiting an hour for the loaner vehicle. I had to cancel and push work because of their delays. When they finally bring it around, it’s missing a fender, it was filthy inside, and smelled like cigarettes. I brought this up to multiple people at the dealership and nobody cared. The most effort I got was from the “VIP service manager” who said he could have the car cleaned. It blows my mind that they would let a car leave the dealership looking the way it did, even more that they would give it to a customer as a loaner. When returning to pick up my car, they had a recommended service that was under warranty but they didn’t have the part. They told me they didn’t have another loaner, then gave me attitude when I refused to keep the loaner that I had. The smell of stale cigarettes in the loaner vehicle was nauseating. They messed up, I get it, but not giving a xxxx about fixing it is what really stuck with me. It’s a car dealership, they could have figured something out to give me a new loaner. Truly annoying experience. More
