This last visit (October '25) I was toying wit across the SUBARU brand and every customer's needs, that working with him is nothing short of amazing. This last visit (October '25) I was toying with the idea of downsizing from my 2023 Outback (which he facilitated for me in January of 23) to a Crosstrek. Over the phone he listened to me go on and on about what I was thinking now the my lease was coming to an end. When I finally finished, all he said was " take it for a drive, then we'll talk'. No pressure, no sales gimmick, simply .. the liberty of figuring it out myself. To make a long story short, I tested a lovely; sporty; speedy 2025 Crosstrek with all the gadgets I personally enjoy. When I returned, he listened to me go on and on about all the reasons the Crosstrek was not going to work of me. He pointed out that, as I had already determined, the Outback is a smoother ride which provides the comfort and stability I craved in my everyday commute. He ran numbers of what a new Outback would run me, which of course... can't afford. However, buying out my current lease was my best option. He then introduced me to Gary Baumann, another amazing experience for me. He made the transition from lease to ownership so simple. He found me the best possible financial option, walked me through the process, took care of the DMV transaction and new plates, and in a blink... I was done. Stephen and Gary not only are exceptional professionals, but go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure customer needs are met from start to finish. They make the process seamlessly smooth and pleasurable. Truly an amazing team. I super appreciate them. More

My son and I walked in with an idea of what we wanted. We had been looking at cars since May! He finally found a car on the lot that he was interested in. We did not get the car we originally came to see, but left feeling confident that he helped us choose a great car. It had better safety features and was definitely a step up from the one we had come to see. Steven was helpful through every step. He even helped with speaking to the insurance company. We are very grateful for all he did for us. Thank you! I almost forgot the best part!! They are very dog friendly, Bruno got to go in their dog park, hang out at the desk. In the back where there is coffee and snacks, they also had a dog bowl with fresh water he got to drink! This was a wonderful experience. Again, thank you! More

Stephen was great. I came in to test drive an Impreza and after talking with him about what I was looking for in a vehicle, I also test drove the Crosstrek too. We went over the differences between the two in side-by-side printouts which was really helpful for me for me to see visually. I never felt pressured into anything while I took a few days to make a final decision. I ended up going with the Crosstrek and he also suggested that I could see the colors in person again on the cars in the lot before making a final decision (which was helpful since I was going back and forth). He was patient while I had a challenging work schedule for picking up the car. Details and attention like that stood out and made it a very overall positive experience for me. Now I'm a first-time Subaru owner. More
