Ralph heard/listened to MY needs, never tried to change my thought process, just work with what I needed. Instead of coming back financially with an outlandish "deal", Johnny worked to meet my needs. No fuss, haggling, etc. Very smooth process all around. Also, getting to the paper signing was no hassle either. The typical add-ons were offered by Steve but not pushing anything else onto the sale if not wanted. I must say thinking I would be getting a certified used car and driving away that night in the brand new, everything I was looking for vehicle felt great, thanks to the trio of Ralph, Johnny, and Steve! More
