He stayed after hours to show us how to use the Navigation system and all the features on the car. Our car was used and the manuals were missing but Steve called within a day to tell us they had us a set. Each time we have brought the car in he has checked with us to be sure we had everything we needed. Best salesperson we have ever worked with. He has gone above and beyond. The finance manager even gave us special Subaru gifts. Wow! I have never been so spoiled and treated like this at any other dealership. The dealership is clean and has a great waiting area with coffee, water, and snacks. Customer service like this is a very rare find in today's world. Thank you! We Will Back! More

We are very impress with this dealership and it staff. We initiated by calling the dealership. In minutes we had an appointment set up with Steven Barba. His extensive knowledge of the vehicle features and ability to succinctly explain those features functionality to us was a key element that along with his great personality, never pressuring us and meeting our needs, helped us to make a final decision to purchase this outstanding vehicle. Steven even recommended to drive to my wife's work to test it again, which we did. He also found us the exact colors we wanted on interior and exterior. The fact that Steven never spoke negatively about the other type of vehicle or dealership when we mentioned to him that we were looking into another vehicle and were undecided, tells a lot about the man's character, and we respect that. Just so everyone knows, this dealership is not the typical large noisy and always full of people place; this dealership is like small layback town versus a large highly trafficked city. Loved the place and the staff. Thanks Steven and Mike for giving us a great experience and the best deal on this outrageously nice vehicle. Now I'm the one jealous. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a Subaru in Jacksonville visit Subaru of Jacksonville on Atlantic Blvd and ask for Steven Barba. More

Some were high pressure, some were not professional.....no product brochures or low product knowledge. Steve Barba was our salesperson. He was low pressure, very knowledge of the product, helpful and professional. He listened to our criteria, then looked at the Forester, did the test drive, reviewed the standard equipment plus options. Steve showed us all areas of the car.....engine compartment, trunk, interior and explained what was there and how it worked. He was by far the most knowledgeable and professional of all the dealers we visited. Sabino Martinez greeted us upon arrival and got us started until Steve was available....another excellent, friendly, professional. The finance manager, Mr. A. J. Miller was equally professional....friendly, fast, and proficient. Overall the experience was excellent....and we are happy with the car. More
