Excellent Service Dept - Steve Byrd I recently had my Service A performed on my AMG GLE43 done with Steve Byrd, our Service Advisor. Steve is always very efficient, professional, accommodating, and friendly. On another occasion, Steve promptly returned our telephone call during our Out-of-State trip and answered all of our questions with our vehicle. This dealership, the people and the service quality is all that one could ever ask for in sale and maintenance of your car. RBM of Atlanta is the best! I purchased my third Mercedes in the past three years yesterday. Bill Favini made it so easy for my wife and I to make a decision, close the deal and I purchased my third Mercedes in the past three years yesterday. Bill Favini made it so easy for my wife and I to make a decision, close the deal and leave with our new car prepped and detailed in short order. He took care of all the details efficiently and accurately. Lisa, in finance was equally friendly and helpful. The service department from valets, service representatives and mechanics are first-rate and deliver excellent service.
