Had a guy in the service center complain to me that he's going to stay late because I brought in my car for service. Oil change takes 10-20 minutes and he wasn't even the technician. Just a service guy work going to stay late because I brought in my car for service. Oil change takes 10-20 minutes and he wasn't even the technician. Just a service guy working on the computer. Doesn't feel good as a customer who spent thousands to have an employee express their personal frustration out on me for their life choices. Raising his voice at me. Had another employee step in and great about servicing the car... Was 30 minutes before the dealership closed. Also heard him talking about how his dodge Challenger is way better than Hyundai and kept showboating. Additionally, had money stolen from emergency stash hidden in an envelope. Counted $35 before dropping off my car. I counted $15 after receiving my car and driving back home. No way to prove my cash was stolen but ugly feeling knowing that my dealership has shady operators. More
