Best Experience purchasing a New Vehicle ever! From tow Driver Jimmy to Anthony in service and Mark, my salesman! My 2010 RAV4 broke down in the Heart of Atlanta. I was on a trip with my sister From tow Driver Jimmy to Anthony in service and Mark, my salesman! My 2010 RAV4 broke down in the Heart of Atlanta. I was on a trip with my sister and my little dog when the alternator went out. We got safely to a parking lot. I called Cobb County Toyota and Anthony started the ball rolling. He gave me the number of a tow truck and Jimmy came to the rescue. We got to the dealership safely and Jimmy was awesome! I was able to rent a vehicle to finish our trip. After learning that my vehicle was a goner, Mark was able to get me into a 2024 RAV4! Identical to the one I rented. Every single person we dealt with from the start to finish was super kind and made a difficult situation so much better! More

Easy to deal with. No apparent sales trickery and pretty straightforward purchase/sell. It took almost 3 hours for a simple, hassle free purchase! More

Not a pleasant experience. ..over 5 hours dealing with a tire that never got fixed. Never even received a quote for the tire but they did offer a road hazard plan for $977. I thought new cars had warranties even with me purchasing an extended warranty....no that's not the case. When you drive off the lot...tires are your problem. More

I stopped by at the dealership on 09-27-2023 to look for a new Toyota. When I came in the salesman met me, found out what I was looking for, found the right car for me, did a great job, and explained and sh a new Toyota. When I came in the salesman met me, found out what I was looking for, found the right car for me, did a great job, and explained and showed me everything about the car I chose. We agreed on the price and I was introduced to the finance manager Bernard Faulk He told me he has 30 years of experience in the car business. He convinced me to purchase from him an additional VSC contract for 7y/100k miles. Here is where the bad experience starts. The very next day on 09-28-2023 I comeback to the dealership and met the finance manager, Bernard Faulk, and I told him that I got a much better deal on VSC somewhere else and if he could do anything better on VSC I purchased from them. He told me that nothing could be changed. Then I asked him that I would like to cancel the VSC contract I purchased a day before. (Finance Manager Bernard Faulk) told me that I needed to wait 91 days before I could cancel it and he walked away without saying anything else. I asked another manager if he could print me my VSC contract (All the pages, not just the front one) so I can see where in the contract it's saying that I have to wait 91 DAYS before I can cancel the VSC plan. At the same time, I decided the call the VSC company customer service to find more about the plan I purchased. Guess what, THEY TOLD ME THAT I CAN CANCEL IT ANYTIME AND I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT 91 DAYS FOR IT. After 15 minutes the salesperson( not the FI Manager) brought me the Cancelation Form. We signed it and he told me it will take 4 weeks for the refund to be reflected on my account which was fine with me. The next day, on 09-29-2023 I got a call from the dealership. They asked me to come and resign a new contract without the VSC plan on it( a day before the FI manager told me that nothing can be changed). When I got there, to my surprise, the price of the car was $750 more than my original price. I was told by the sales manager Steve that when he was make my first contract he make mistake and my original price will not be honored . I requested to speak to the GM, but they told me he was not there. A few minutes later another manager came and told me that I had two choices: I CAN TAKE THE NEW PRICE( $750 MORE) OR LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP WITHOUT THE CAR, BUT THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE PRICE AND CONTRACT I SIGNED 2 DAYS AGO. Also, the FI manager told me that I have to wait 3 months before I can do a refinance which I know it's a lie. I don't know how moral and ethical this situation is. How on the 3rd day after the purchase you call me to resign the contract and increase the price, but on the 2nd day you told me that you can't do anything. I am totally disappointed with my experience at this dealership. More
