My wife and I went to 3 BMW dealerships to look at their inventory and to get a feel for how the dealerships operated. For us, Matt and Autohaus was the easy choice! Yesterday was the day we completed our inventory and to get a feel for how the dealerships operated. For us, Matt and Autohaus was the easy choice! Yesterday was the day we completed our purchase of our new 2020 X5 and the experience was above our expectations. We appreciate everything Matt did to help us with our purchase and our trade in, Chris was great with helping us setup the vehicle to our personal taste and Steve provided us with a very informative and smooth paperwork process. 5 Star experience from start to finish! Very professional. Matt and Nick answered all my questions and we’re very helpful. I called Chris in the service department he also was very very helpful. Positive experience. Sales associate Brad Mares was very knowledgeable and professional. Made an appointment to assist my dad on his purchase and ended up purchasing a vehicle for myself as well.
