Oh I was upset my fuel pump went at 48,000 miles! I would have given you a 5. I personally have had great experiences with service. My wife brought our other Mazda in 1 mo. Prior to inspection exp. She was told to come back lat I personally have had great experiences with service. My wife brought our other Mazda in 1 mo. Prior to inspection exp. She was told to come back later that month, no appointment needed to get sticker. When she arrived she got a completely different story, lost the whole day. I understand we humans make errors, but please try and get everyone on the same page. I’ll definitely continue to buy/service with Flood, you’re good people. More

For anyone looking for a Mazda, go see Rich at @floodmazdawakefield! He called me before our appointment and took the time to listen to what I was looking for.
