I thought everyone was nice and polite but I was disappointed that the service center was going to send me home when the car still had issues . I was there for several hours and when I finally left disappointed that the service center was going to send me home when the car still had issues . I was there for several hours and when I finally left , my check engine light went on . Needless to say I was not happy . More

I had my car 1st serviced there.it was great experience.2nd service was horrible. I requested oil chance and fix my car water leak and tail light service. When I got the car.water issue wasn’t a experience.2nd service was horrible. I requested oil chance and fix my car water leak and tail light service. When I got the car.water issue wasn’t addressed at all.They told me they already vacuumed all the water out. Tail light Have no issues. They charged me for all the service also tell me wait to Monday if it’s still problems then contact them. Water still leak so I have to take it back to them. They told me leave the car there they will contact me.they never contacted me I have to call to ask what’s going on after 3 days passed. Then when I went to get my car, they told me everything fixed they fixed the leak and light. And then charged me extra again when Sat they told me everything is good .when they bring my car, passenger side under the glove box, they didn’t put the panel back after fix or check the leak? Then after I bring the panel back they put it on. However it start to make noise. I never heard my car have that noise prior to I bring to to service. The next day I went back to check the issue. They checkEd and tell me it’s not their fault. The motor near there rushed I have to spend $700 to replace it…endless problems with them… another thing is. When I 1st do my service there they always clean my car. But this time they didn’t even bother. More

I always have some kind of problem with service any time I go. There is always an issue. Having my license plate almost fall off because you did not attach it correctly. This time caps for tire valve stems I go. There is always an issue. Having my license plate almost fall off because you did not attach it correctly. This time caps for tire valve stems were not put on. Waited for a loaner for an hour after I had called 2 hours earlier to make sure it was all ready and I was lied to. The loaner you gave me had absolutely no gas I it. The warning light was on. Who does that to a customer? Service advisor forget to give me my keys, had to return to dealership. Shortly after I bought the car you had to replace gas tanks (?). Car interior smelled strongly of gas for almost a week. Was treated very rudely by a service advisor the first time I called. Besides not putting on the caps, this service visit was ok. Just would like to have a service without a problem More

Everything was fine but the part they replaced was defective and i would think they would have checked it before they give it back to you. All around amazing service from answering my first telephone call to buying to servicing my vehicles. My salesman went above and beyond before he took my plates off my old Mazda. But- when he took tho telephone call to buying to servicing my vehicles. My salesman went above and beyond before he took my plates off my old Mazda. But- when he took those plates in the back to wash them before he installed them on my brand new vehicle, my appreciation for this Mazda dealership shot out of the universe!!! I love my Mazda. I love my Mazda dealership. I will continue to be a Mazda owner. More
