Fast, Courteous, Honest My Beetle had an emergency. Steve Halloran and the rest of the service team were crazy busy. Steve not only helped me with my car's issue, but found t My Beetle had an emergency. Steve Halloran and the rest of the service team were crazy busy. Steve not only helped me with my car's issue, but found the time to find me alternate transport. Through it all, Steve and everyone else were attentive, courteous, and willing to help. I never feel, when completing these surveys, that I give a true picture of how very much I appreciate the service team. Their help, consideration, and honesty makes me fully confident in my vehicle maintenance needs. As long as I am buying cars, I will buy them from Falcone. More

Honesty is the best policy I brought my 2000 VW Beetle in for an oil change and wheel alignment. Steve, as usual, took very good care of me. I really appreciate the honesty in letting me know that I didn't need the alignment. Falcone Service is an honest service dealer. Unfortunately, that's not true for many repair shops. However,and thank goodness, he ran a complete inspection of the vehicle, which they always due at no charge to the customer, and found some important safety issues with the car that needed to be addressed in the near future. Very important! And on top of it all, I got a free car wash. Can't do any better than that. Thank you Falcone and especially Steve Halloran who has always been there for me. Thanks Steve! More

Outstanding Service Needed to replace a tire on my new CC. I anticipated having to drop the tire off and return later to pick up. Did what they said they would do I had a rear seat belt that wasn't working quite correctly. The dealer scheduled the car and ordered the part without complication. Very bad service experience. Very bad service experience here. I have my car serviced at Falcone Volkswagen for more than 4 years. Their oil and filter change service is good. But Very bad service experience here. I have my car serviced at Falcone Volkswagen for more than 4 years. Their oil and filter change service is good. But for repairing parts, they always ask to replace whole parts even if issues can be fixed by only replacing the minor part. I can always find another car repair shop to fix the issues much much cheaper than them. More
