Going back for sure! Justin was amazing to work with! He was very knowledgeable and could answer every question. Love this Place! I drove up from Bloomington and brought in my Passat for its 60,000 mile check up and an oil change. I also had a few other random questions/concerns I drove up from Bloomington and brought in my Passat for its 60,000 mile check up and an oil change. I also had a few other random questions/concerns regarding my car. The check in staff member was very friendly and informative and helpful. Makes me feel like I'm their favorite customer Brought my wife's car in for routine maintenance and to investigate a strange noise coming from the engine compartment at idle. The car needed to be k Brought my wife's car in for routine maintenance and to investigate a strange noise coming from the engine compartment at idle. The car needed to be kept overnight to complete the diagnosis and repair. They provided me with a free loaner vehicle. The following day the source of the strange noise was determined. A small leak in a hose that connects to the power steering fluid pump caused the problem. The power steering pump needed replacement, along with the leaky hose. The car is out of warranty, but due to the mileage not being that great on the car, I wasn't charged for the power steering fluid pump. What a great surprise!! This is a great dealership. Every employee I encounter makes me feel like I'm their favorite customer. More

Falcone systematically worked through the components and narrowed it down to the turbocharger. They worked with me each step of the way and provided useful information in terms that I was able to understand. They were very helpful in scheduling and making sure I had transportation while my car was being serviced. I had a great experience with their service team and highly recommend them. More

They love my Golf R just like I do. I had to have my 2015 Golf R towed in after destroying a wheel & tire on a pothole between I-70 E and I-465 N. I initially spoke to Dylan on Sat 1/6 I had to have my 2015 Golf R towed in after destroying a wheel & tire on a pothole between I-70 E and I-465 N. I initially spoke to Dylan on Sat 1/6/18 to get instructions for the tow truck driver to drop the car off on Sun 1/7/18. I got a call on Monday from Steve who handled my car's actual visit. He outlined what was covered under the Wheel/Tire Warranty and the discount I would get on the purchase of the other 2 tires that I was in need of. He also remembered that on my previous visit we discussed the audible door locking tone didn't work every time and so needed a new horn. He also arranged to have the 40K Mile Service done while the car was awaiting its new tires / wheel. Steve was kind enough to send me the estimate via email where I asked that he list each repair / service and its cost. This was very helpful for me to discern warranty coverage, damage costs and the factory service costs. The only "negative" I could say was that my car had sat out in a ice storm the night before I picked it back up and was coated in ice on most of the car...was there no space to bring it in that morning to help thaw the ice? Again, not really a negative but still that was a lot of ice to chip away. The service staff has always been pleasant and helpful whenever I'm on the phone or in the shop. Thanks for helping keep my Golf R in tip-top shape. More
