I went to 3 other dealers looking for my new car, Kept getting the runaround, I went to Oak Lawn Toyota and what I wanted was not in stock, Steve Hertogs got the car I wanted in the color I wanted and cal getting the runaround, I went to Oak Lawn Toyota and what I wanted was not in stock, Steve Hertogs got the car I wanted in the color I wanted and called me when it arrived, He did not mark the car up above sticker with a "market adjustment fee" like the 3 other dealers that I looked at. Steve and Steve the manager were both great to deal with during the whole prices. They were straightforward and gave me a fair price.
