Steve and Steve the manager were both great to deal with during the whole prices. They were straightforward and gave me a fair price. My only disappointment was that I told them upfront I wanted no extr during the whole prices. They were straightforward and gave me a fair price. We dealt with Vito and Steve and they were absolutely amazing and so very helpful. They let me drive each car that I thought about getting and were able to put me in one at my price range. I showed up right before closing time with a major oil leak caused by faulty work at an oil change place in another town…They took great care of me and took photos of the problem so I could go back to the leak caused by faulty work at an oil change place in another town…They took great care of me and took photos of the problem so I could go back to the oil change place and get refunded. They even offered to drop my car off near the airport since I live 3 hours away and was flying out of Midway. The customer service at Oak Lawn Toyota was absolutely Outstanding!!! I wholeheartedly recommend them!!!!!! More

After making contact with the internet sales team at Oak Lawn Toyota, they were able to schedule an immediate appointment the very same day. I arrived and was greeted by Steve, the sales manager who introdu Lawn Toyota, they were able to schedule an immediate appointment the very same day. I arrived and was greeted by Steve, the sales manager who introduced me to Edwin who assisted me in purchasing the vehicle I wanted. I was very particular about getting a V6 and other specific options. The vehicle I wanted was ordered and resulted in a two month waiting period due to my specific options. Edwin was great with staying in constant communication with me and giving me updates on when my car would arrive. After the car arrived, Oak Lawn Toyota made the processing of the transaction very easy. They also gave me a very fair trade in value for my vehicle which I was also pleased with. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to consider purchasing a Toyota, not only for the quality of the vehicle but also for the amazing customer service this dealership provided which I would consider second to none.
