Typically I have wonderful service experiences with Oak Brook Toyota, but my recent oil change was an exception. Additionally, we asked that they check the fluids for leaks, and were told that there were no leaks and fluids were good. The next day I definitely have something leaking on my driveway. Service was horrible. I had an appointment at 12:30. They told me service will take 1 hr. After and 1hr and a half they had only done one of the two things they needed to I had an appointment at 12:30. They told me service will take 1 hr. So a total of 2hrs and 15 minutes and they only did tire rotation. More
