I called and spoke with Steve Kramer to see what they had available. I explained to Steve how much I despise going through the process of buying a new vehicle. Steve was amazing to work with, he made the buying experience easy, almost pleasurable. I first spoke to him around 10:00 on the phone, went to the dealership at lunch and took a car for a test drive. After settling with him on a very fair number I went back to work. I told him I would be back after work to sign papers and pick up my new car. I can’t say enough how easy Steve made the process.
