I hate going through the process of buying a new car, I’d rather stick a fork in my eye. Having just given my old Optima to my son and enjoying the car through ownership, I looked first at Kia. I called and spoke with Steve Kramer to see what they had available. I explained to Steve how much I despise going through the process of buying a new vehicle. Steve was amazing to work with, he made the buying experience easy, almost pleasurable. I first spoke to him around 10:00 on the phone, went to the dealership at lunch and took a car for a test drive. After settling with him on a very fair number I went back to work. I told him I would be back after work to sign papers and pick up my new car. I can’t say enough how easy Steve made the process. In the future he will be my first option in buying a new car, great work Steve and thanks for your help!!! More

Originally, when we picked up the car, there was only 1 remote key and we had been told the car had SiriusXM radio which it does not have the transmitter for it,. We would never buy a can with one key, kno remote key and we had been told the car had SiriusXM radio which it does not have the transmitter for it,. We would never buy a can with one key, knowing what they cost to replace. After the original review I gave on this site I was contacted within minutes of posting. Peggy Roberts called and immediately set up an appointment to correct the issue. She and Howard were wonderful to deal with. Thank you Peggy and Howard for fixing what you could. Got the key and can live without the SirriusXm. More
