But going to Cassens was a totally different and pleasant experience. Everything that was sent to us by Mary price wise was exactly what it was when we got here. We had Steve Lane to show us the vehicles we were interested in and again he was so low key and no pressure and truthful about the vehicle price, eprices, and gave us the correct trade in value for our vehicle as the website stated. We agreed and then worked with Jack Gai for financial arrangements Again, no pressure and he was so calm and pleasant that we felt very comfortable when signing our loan. Looking for days My wife and I had been looking for a newer vehicle for myself everyday 10hrs a day for a week. Not the right car, not the right color or mileage etc. We found a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Cassens and sons website in Glen Carbon I'll. Expecting more of the usual run around that you get from dealerships. We called and asked if the car was available. First of all we were pleasantly surprised at how Nice kind and courteous the people on the phone where. They informed that it was still available and that a Gentleman named Steve Lane ( FANTASTIC GUY) would be Happy to show it to us. I have never been to a Dealership for buy a vehicle and been there less than 6hrs. Not here Everyone we had contact with was Remarkable. Steve showed us the vehicle, we drove it and had a very nice discussion about the Jeep. We were in and out in under 2hrs total. This vehicle had very low miles, and when I asked the question of why, the sales consultant was honest and told me straight-off what had happened to the truck that made it impossible to sell as a "new" vehicle. I flew-in for a visit and to take the truck for a test drive. Everything was good, and we closed the deal. Overall, a fantastic experience to work with the men and women of Cassen & Sons! More
