I’m going to leave a very brief review, because I’ve told this story plenty of times. I purchased a 2017 Ford, and I knew going in there may be a few issues. In a span of a month the key to the car didn’t wo this story plenty of times. I purchased a 2017 Ford, and I knew going in there may be a few issues. In a span of a month the key to the car didn’t work, there was a major oil leak, a transmission issue, a battery voltage issue, and one of my headlights didn’t work. The salesman also took advantage of having my phone number for all the incorrect reasons. I’ve dealt with multiple managers, other car dealerships, multiple corporate agents. The management has no idea what their doing because when they finally took my vehicle and gave me a rental for the time being, multiple service agents were asking me to bring in my vehicle when it was the manager who ordered them to pick it up. The lack of communication on all ends is unbelievable. The management team and their “sharks” are extremely disrespectful. Yes, a salesman called him and all the workers sharks due to their drive. I’m still in the process of getting this whole thing taken care of and it’s been extremely frustrating. Another Lithia dealership called me because they somehow heard what had happened, and they told me they were embarrassed as xxxx on behalf of them and I would be too. More

Can anyone explain to me how this is possible? I included pictures of the bumper, the scrap that they say damaged the radar, the inside of the bumper, and the radar that they say was broken (which has zero damage on it). 1/13/2022 - I originally gave info on how to see pictures - but it went against DealerRater community guidelines. So, in conclusion, is DealerRater any better then the dealerships? More

I have always had bad experiences whenever I meet the professionals there. I came in with an issue and instead of solving it only added to my problems. I came in with the recall issue and ended by buying a new car which is 2 times the cost. my monthly payments also increased, my credit scores were checked (that dropped), you sold my old car and termed it as negative equity. Worst experience. When I asked about getting a replacement of my old car, I was told that I can purchase only a new car. they cannot sell an old car to me. This is ridiculous I was made to wait for 8 hours!!!!!!!!!!! too much. Nobody understands the sense of time and money. I was fooled. I will never trust your company again and will never recommend to anyone More
