Had an issue getting someone to greet me in the service drive. I finally was able to flag someone down and they got me a service writer. My writer was on the phone. I never did meet him. Pick my car up on time. While they were working on it Steve called me and asked if they could rotate the tires which was an extra charge. I said no problem. While rotating the tires they noticed that the Steve called me and asked if they could rotate the tires which was an extra charge. I said no problem.
