on Friday, Oct 6, I called service. I have a flat tire and requested talking to a service person. Ronan, was my usual contact, he was out on leave, and Steve would get back with me. W I have a flat tire and requested talking to a service person. Ronan, was my usual contact, he was out on leave, and Steve would get back with me. Was told, Steve, was busy and would call me back. I called again around 10:00 and he was out. He did call me back, and told me to come in at 1:00. I requested he check to make sure u had tire. He did call me back, and said they did not have one in stock and he would order one, he sent me an email confirmation for an appointed for Monday at 9:00. I had more questions to ask him and called 2- more times. Ask secretary if I could talk to any other service person, she said No, he would get back to me. Secretary said she would give Steve message. I later found out it was my rim that was bad. I called again, and again he was "not at his desk" and she would tell him to order a rim too. I NEVER heard back from him. Obviously I was not going to Annapolis on Monday without knowing for sure their had rim and tire. I ended up going to Western Auto to get things taken care of. The service at Annapolis its horrible! More

I have always received excellent service from this dealership! This most recent visit was because of a recall. He is always very professional and understanding of circumstances. Additionally, the gentleman who washed and cleaned my car, did an outstanding job! I take great care of my Mercedes and so did he! It looked ‘showroom’ new! I regret that I didn’t ask for his name!! I have been a customer here since 1997 and have loved my six cars and this dealership. Casey Duffy is fantastic in the sales office. I think this is my third car with him. The office staff are always helpful~very professional, and friendly. I like the individual attention given to customers. (I’ve noticed how others are treated.) It’s nice to see and experience this in an impersonal world. More
