Having leased several cars over the past 20+ years, I've never had such an efficient service experience as Steve has been able to provide to me. A big part of my desire to become a repeat MB customer is in large part due to the professionalism and outstanding customer service that Steve has provided to me throughout the service life of my current vehicle. When I was working I could only make my division better if I knew something was wrong - there is also a say ' If if ain't broke - don't fix it " - I arrived at the MB service lane at noon on June 13th - St if I knew something was wrong - there is also a say ' If if ain't broke - don't fix it " - I arrived at the MB service lane at noon on June 13th - Steve was walking out to my car before I could get out - I had minor warranty stuff that need looked at - Steve did that and took some air out of my tires and I was on my way home by 12:25 PM Thank You More
