Wind Gap Chevy When we started to look for a vehicle we knew that we needed a vehicle with specific features. I saw a suburban that the Wind Gap Chevy had available so we decided to take the hour and half knew that we needed a vehicle with specific features. I saw a suburban that the Wind Gap Chevy had available so we decided to take the hour and half ride up to take a look at the vehicle. When we arrived Steve had us look at the vehicle that we had in mind. After arriving and looking at the beautiful Suburban we noticed that the vehicle didn’t have the Max trailing package. Since we have a large camper this was one feature that was a must have for us. Steve offered us another solution but we wanted the factory installed trailing package. We left the dealer and continued our search over the weekend with no luck in finding the right vehicle for our needs. We received a call from Steve the following Tuesday with a solution. Jeff the owner had asked for a rec for 2 new Suburbans and that we could custom order the Suburban with the features that we needed. Steve started the process at the end of April and he kept us informed every step of the way. From the time we placed the order through out the production start date, when the vehicle was being transported by train to north Jersey and finally when the vehicle was delivered to the Wind Gap dealership. Steve contacted us when the vehicle was ready for delivery, we went up and Steve went over all of the features in the new vehicle. He made sure that we had an understanding of how everything worked before we left the dealership. Steve at Wind Gap went out of his way first to allow us to order the Suburban that we wanted and he did not try to push us into a vehicle that we might not be happy with. Second Steve made sure that we were updated on the progress of the Suburban throughout the entire build process. We just picked up the new Suburban on Friday 7/18 after seeing this Suburban that we ordered we knew right away that we made the right decision by picking Wind Gap Chevy and working Saleman Steve. I must also say that Wind Gap owner Jeff, salesman Steve, GM JR and the rest of team that Jeff has at the Wind Gap dealership is a top notch organization they are very friendly and willing to go out of their for you.
