Great people to work with! I really enjoyed my experience with Wilde Honda. This was the first time that I leased a car & everyone we dealt with helped us and made us feel like I really enjoyed my experience with Wilde Honda. I did most of my research on Truecar beforehand, and got a good quote & a quick response from Janet/Chad. They had a car that would fit our needs on the lot (CRV-EX) and we were able to take it for a quick test drive before making a decision. When the time came for financing, my fiancee and I ran into a little bit of a tight spot since we'll soon be graduating from school & our contracts don't start until two months from now. It's understandably difficult to get approved for credit if you don't have a current income but everyone went to bat for us & a couple of phone calls later we were approved. Janet, Steve, and Brent especially went out of their way to be helpful. Chad gave quick responses to my online queries & although we never met Eric, he was involved in helping get us approved. More

After working with the web site a short time I found it very helpful and informative. The only down point was when they told us they would not fix the crank in the front bumper for on line price. Leticia was helpful but not at all pushy and we didn't feel pressured at all, which we really appreciated. Trying to buy a car while your children are with you is difficult enough but Wilde is so smart by having a safe and kid friendly area helped the experience by giving our children something to do while we needed time to conduct business. Load off our minds! More

Purchase of 2012 Honda Crosstour When I came to terms with the fact that it was time to stop paying to repair my 2006 VW, I decided to turn back to Japanese engineering and possibly r When I came to terms with the fact that it was time to stop paying to repair my 2006 VW, I decided to turn back to Japanese engineering and possibly return to my roots as a Honda driver. My search began online and I found a few used Hondas in my price range that seemed appealing. When I stopped out at Wilde, I was approached by Janet while I walked the lot. She was warm and welcoming. When she realized I was looking for a used vehicle, she introduced me to Jerry, who helped to put me in a few vehicles that fit my parameters for some test driving. He was very conscious of what my budget was based on my responses, and seemed to be in tune with finding just the right car for me. His no pressure approach was appreciated. The following day, I brought my husband back to drive the two vehicles I was considering. The Crosstour was definitely it. We spent a few hours at the dealership on a Saturday, and everything from intake of my trade (I got a fair value for this as well), to the completion of the financing and the common sense approach of the finance manager I worked with was positive and smooth. I would have liked a little more wiggle room in negotiating the price of the car, but then again, who wouldn't like a "steal." More

Extended service plans also seemed reasonable and a good benefit with all the technology in new cars. All the staff were really friendly and we had a great experience with Jerry and Steve. More
