Really pushy on the extra warranties for tires/wheels and windshield. Wore us down after waiting for hours to get the final paperwork. Kept reducing the price until "it's only $18/mo more to the payment" and windshield. Wore us down after waiting for hours to get the final paperwork. Kept reducing the price until "it's only $18/mo more to the payment" and I walked out paying 3000$ for a product that I didn't want. I wish they would've taken no the first 4 times I said it. More

As a former customer of Niello Infiniti I do enjoy the same experience at Niello Audi so I don't plan to return. I felt pressured to accept the "deal" I was provided which is hide sight was not the best same experience at Niello Audi so I don't plan to return. I felt pressured to accept the "deal" I was provided which is hide sight was not the best or an actual deal. I was told if I left and returned I would not be offered the same or similar offer because it was "disrespectful" according to Steve Tracy. I asked for my keys a couple of times to leave but they were not provided. This was the worst experience I've had which was largely due to Steve's interaction and comments. More
