He greeted me with a warm smile and immediately put me at ease with his friendly and approachable demeanor. He’s also a funny guy. Throughout the entire process Steve demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. He patiently answered all of my questions (and phone calls) providing detailed explanations and ensuring that I had a clear understanding of each car's features and benefits. His passion for the industry (and family) was evident, and it made the entire experience enjoyable and informative. What truly set Steve apart was his commitment to finding the perfect car for me. He took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget, and then went above and beyond to present me with several options that met my criteria. Though they are having some construction the venue is still comfortable offering snacks and water etc. They play good music and you even get to spin the wheel and potentially win a prize. I noticed a Hyndia Palsade on the e-way. it was the BEST. I drove immediately to te nearest dealer. The reception I received destroyed any concerns I may have had. The service was great.
