We have recently moved out of state and had to have my car serviced at a local Toyota dealership. They informed me that I needed to have work done on my car right away at a cost of several hundred dollars. We were going back to St. Augustine for a visit about 3 weeks after having my car serviced, so I opted to wait and talk to Steve in service at Beaver Toyota. He was very helpful, checked my car out and told me that I did not need to have work done on my car for probably 20,000 more miles unless something drastic happened. I cannot say enough good about them and how I appreciated the honesty. I am going to try my hardest to have the work done at Beaver Toyota when the time comes and do not plan to use the local dealership who lied to me. If I have to have service done locally again, I will drive to another town and use the Toyota dealer there. More

For a couple of days had a strange engine noise that seemed to be getting worse. Called Beaver Service on late Tuesday. Showed up early Wednesday. They diagnosed the problem, had the part picked up in Jacksonville and installed it that same day. Took me in without an appointment and fixed the problem. Shuttled me to and from the hotel. Trip went on from there. Cant thank Steve in service and Leonard the shuttle driver enough. More
