Had a great sales experience - Steve N was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was not pushy and seemed to really want what was best for me. The asking price for the vehicle was consistent wit knowledgeable, and professional. He was not pushy and seemed to really want what was best for me. The asking price for the vehicle was consistent with comparable vehicles at other dealers and with online pricing services. I felt like they undervalued my trade, but that may be typical for most buyers. The additional cost for the recertification was not clear in the advertised price and it seemed more like an extended warranty so I did not purchase it. My only issue was the length of time it took to finalize my paperwork after we had an agreed upon deal, which I felt was excessive. More
