Bella is great! ! Very nice pleasant dealership. My problem is with the service department. I have no kind words for the service department. I came in to get a sec ! Very nice pleasant dealership. My problem is with the service department. I have no kind words for the service department. I came in to get a second key fob, which should be customery to get two fobs because a car comes with two, no one should have to pay for a key to their car. I waited an hour to get it programmed. They program it but screwed up cutting the key. They were supposed to send the new key in a timely fashion. Weeks past, so I called to find out what happened to the key. I then receive a key...which is not cut to my car!!!! What happens from here?????????? I don't know..let me say, I live in New Jersey and purchased not one but two Jeeps. I am not impressed with the service department. More
