First issue was a repeat complaint about the nav system going to black screen without warning. There is no pattern to this, but when you are following nav directions through a huge metropolitan area it’s very upsetting. I’ve noted this defect in my last two annual Consumer Reports member surveys. Still no solution. Second issue was failure of DVD system to advance to feature movie from in-dash controls. Finding out that the system requires use of the back seat remote is stupid design for families with kids too small to operate the control. Owners manual for this vehicle is the worst I’ve seen in 50 years of car ownership-this issue should have been spelled out so that owners don’t have to waste the service department time explaining it. More

We got a quote and then we decided to test drive the Insight. I had been looking at it on line and building my car. I drove it and then our sales associate offered to get a quote for us on our other accord. I have to tell you Dave Hecimovich was the nice, the most help sales associate we have ever had! That goes for here as well as other dealerships! I would really appreciate it, if you could recognize Dave in some way. He was always polite and friendly. He continued to work to get us a price we were comfortable with. Dave made a sale when I was probably thinking I would be ready to purchase the Insight in a year or two. So, kudos to Dave for his dedication to see the deal through, when someone would probably not have gotten it. Never did we feel pressured or feel hassled. I will definitely tell others in the market to consider stopping in and see what Dave can do to accommodate their vehicle needs. More
