Instead of pushing a quick sale, CJ spent a great deal of time talking with us about how we drive, what our needs are now, how they may change in the future, and what we truly like about the Outback. After those conversations, CJ suggested we take a look at the new 2026 Outback, and we immediately fell in love. We realized that comfort is one of our top priorities, especially since we’re planning longer trips. The moment we sat in the new Outback, we knew it was the right car for us. CJ then walked us through the incoming inventory, and we quickly identified the exact car we wanted. He helped us with all the paperwork while we waited for the vehicle to arrive—and it came in sooner than expected! CJ called us right away, and we set up a time to complete everything. When we arrived, all the paperwork was ready for us to sign. Financing was smooth and efficient, and CJ took the time to walk us through the new features of the car. The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. We absolutely love our new Outback and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
