I bought a Forester from CJ Nichols in 2015. He was such an outstanding sales person and had done such an incredible job with the test drive, that I never forgot him. When I decided to look at an Outback, I wanted to work with him again. It was a great decision. CJ is still at Tucson Subaru and his long term experience has only enhanced his sales and marketing skills. He really knows his products and his genuine enthusiasm for the Subaru line is contagious. He has had a number of Subarus himself, so I completely trust his expertise. He is engaging, fun and a terrific salesperson who never does a hard sell, which I totally appreciate. I used to work in insurance marketing/sales and my former boss told me that a great salesperson makes a friend of his customers. CJ definitely follows that principle. He made me want to buy a Subaru, despite the fact that I initially wanted a BMW. That takes a special kind of person. It's a long day buying a car, but CJ never seemed tired or irritable. When he said goodbye, he still came off as genuinely happy, full of life and enthusiasm, and happy for me, which is a rare skill. I am SO glad I thought to come back to Tucson Subaru again!! Estevan Rosas made the process easy and put any doubts of past bad experiences at dealerships. Truthfully honest and upfront. There was no pulling a fast one on me going on here. Went above and beyond to get me a lower rate and payment I was happy with. It didn’t end there. Most sales guys are nice and cool to you to sell you and once it’s done there is no more Mr cool and nice guy. I drove from out of town to pick up the truck and Estevan followed up with me to make sure everything was still good with the truck and I got home safe. A week later I get another follow up to make sure I’m still satisfied with the truck. I honestly don’t feel like I was just another sale and have a nice day scenario. I feel like I’m family and truly cared about. Everyone at the dealership was very nice as well but because of Estevan these guys have definitely earned my future business if I’m ever in need of another vehicle even if I have to drive out of town 5 hours More

I've purchased at least 15 new vehicles and I have to say that Greg Allen was the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Completely knowledgeable about the workings of the different models, very patient that Greg Allen was the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Completely knowledgeable about the workings of the different models, very patient and understanding and not at all pushing for a sale. My wife was initially looking for a new car and made multiple trips and spent many hours with Greg. When she decided not to purchase now I decided to move forward and it was a very positive experience. Sylvia Kountz in Finance was also very good to work with. Again, no high pressure to purchase additonal plans. More
