It was my best car buying experience so far. Sylvia in financing was pleasant to start with. She’s talkative and personable. Personally, I would have preferred a more efficient process as it took almost 2 hours and I already had financing through an outside source. There was one instance where a charge was dropped in that wasn’t part of my sales agreement. When I pointed it out, the whole tone of the interaction changed and became uncomfortable for the remainder of the time. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, mistakes happen, but her reaction to it and the awkwardness that followed left a bit of a negative impression. More

His knowledge of the vehicles and demonstration of features was the best we've ever encountered. It was CJ who ultimately swayed our decision to buy a Subaru versus a different brand. We will definitely seek to work with CJ the next time we are ready to purchase a new car. Sylvia, our Finance person, was also very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She had a great sense of humor and we enjoyed working with her. More

When my partner’s 2017 Crosstrek died, the team at Tucson Subaru worked hard to get him into his dream car: a 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid. The experience was so positive that I, a lifelong Toyota stan, came back five days later to buy my first ever Subaru. From sales to finance, everyone here was so incredibly helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and best of all, trustworthy. It didn’t matter who we were working with, every time we walked on the lot there was someone available to show us a car or take us on a test drive. At no point did I feel like they were pushing for a sale, and the team worked hard to get us financing that made it possible for us to drive off in our dream cars.
