I fell in love with the Civics. I went to talk to him and he answered all of my questions even the ones I didnt quite understand he took his time to explain it so i could understand. He made buying my first car a walk in the park even took his time to explain every detail in the paper work for me. Finance person- during our paper signing was not very pleasant though , made me and my family little intimidated when he questioned us adding $2 extra to what we were supposed to pay. He could have made it more pleasant signing those documents. Better customer service could have been used. Dawn in check out is also wonderful! Pleasant and love what she does.
