I had a trip coming up and needed an oil change. TJ found a way to work me in. While I was waiting, I learned my wife needed to travel also. I asked TJ if I could bring my wife's car in also, just a TJ found a way to work me in. While I was waiting, I learned my wife needed to travel also. I asked TJ if I could bring my wife's car in also, just a little while before closing. Again, TJ worked me in. He didn't have to do that. But he made sure we were taken care of. This was customer service at its absolute best. But then again, that is what TJ at Columbia Honda is: The absolute best. More
