Keyless door locking was not working properly. Brought the car into service as salesman told us to do. Several service techs advise us that they had no problem. BUT when in our presents it could Brought the car into service as salesman told us to do. Several service techs advise us that they had no problem. BUT when in our presents it could not be made to work. The car was driven around the block by Eric. When returning the result was the same it could not be repeated with success!! The next suggestion was, we were standing too close to the car with a cell phone?? That was not the problem!! On our 3rd drive home, without the car, a call to TJ was placed discussing our concerns. TJ assured us that the locking problem would be solved and asked if it would be ok to have the car delivered to out house. Jordan drove our car to our house and showed us how to work the keyless locking system successfully . So all and all it was a failure to communicate to us the proper way to use our keyless locks on the door. Jordan was the one to explain all to us and now we are satisfied. Thank you, More

I had to wait long for my service although I was previously told that genesis would be serviced first due to it being their luxury brand. That was clearly a lie.
