Due to the Covid pandemic the service department has been kinda booked tight. I understand this. I brought me vehicle in for my schedule maintenance a day earlier than scheduled. My service advisor made me f kinda booked tight. I understand this. I brought me vehicle in for my schedule maintenance a day earlier than scheduled. My service advisor made me feel assured that if someone would cancel then they would put me into the pool. I thought I would be there for 4 or more hours but it was only 2. I was so happy because the service department had so many cars lined up before and upon my arrival to get checked in for my unscheduled service. I’m happy as usual with the service at Family Hyundai.
