Terrible place! Had a financing debacle because of the misinformation (lies!) we were told. Communication from TJ in Finance, Payam in Sales, and Gay in Customer Relations was pretty much non-existent. W misinformation (lies!) we were told. I will not buy here again, and I recommend everyone be cautious if making a purchase being financed. Horrible experience!!! More

The process of purchasing a vehicle through Findlay Toyota was one of the best experiences of purchasing a car, to date. We all know that buying a car can be a stressful process, but Findlay Toyota seems to have ironed out all the kinks and quirks of purchasing a new or used car. I worked with a gentleman named Tommy Win who helped me from start to finish. One thing I would like to say about Tommy is that he seems to go above and beyond what is necessary for his customers. There was a strong appreciation that I had for his commitment to his job and his customers, and his ability to ultimately enhance the experience of purchasing a vehicle. ...and on top of that! All the support staff from the finance department, the administrative department, the service department, and the additional team of sales staff members who reached out to help (shot out to Patrick Huynh!)..these guys and girls couldn't have been more helpful. They obviously play a fundamental part in the sales process, and it's safe to say my interaction with each of these departments added value to my car buying experience. I would (without a doubt) purchase another vehicle with Findlay Toyota when the next opportunity arises. More

Very offensive. When I asked about some figures in the Bill of Sale before going to finance for the official loan docs, he told me, "It was never that price." When in actuality, I was just confirming the Bill of Sale before going to finance for the official loan docs, he told me, "It was never that price." When in actuality, I was just confirming the terms again with the factory rebate. During negotiations, I said, "I know you can take that off (dealer accessory charges), and Michael responded, "You don't know anything." I get it. I'm trying to get the best price and so is the dealer (from their point of view). But no need to be offensive and disrespectful. If I go back to Findlay, I refuse to deal with Michael Rodriguez. More
