I was amazed that I was in and out in less than 2 hours, and that includes signing all of the paperwork. Tommy was never “pushy” and answered my questions openly and honestly. TJ, the finance guy, was quick and personable. He also wasn’t pushy with extra options, if I said “no”, he moved on. The car that I purchased was still on the truck when I bought it and I was given a 5 day range of when it could be here. I expected to only hear back when my car arrived, but Tommy texted me each day to give me an update. The whole experience was what I hope ALL of my future car buying experiences will be. More

I traded in my horrible loan and drove off lot in a brand new Tundra in less than two hours on a Saturday while the dealer was packed. These guys have perfected the car buying experience from sales, to finance all the way to teaching me everything I need to know about my new vehicle. TJ Summers made the paperwork so streamlined and simplified so I didn't have to sit at the dealership all day with a toddler.
