I have had two excellent experiences with this dealership, mostly stemming from the exceptional customer service I received from my salesman, Spencer Martin. Spencer is an incredible salesman, who delivers great support to his clients in every way possible, making sure that the entire process is smooth and stress free from beginning to end. Spencer makes you feel like you are the most important customer in the world and that you are cared about and valued as a client. His familiarity with the vehicle and the sales and leasing process is outstanding. He is easy going and not intimidating in the way some car salesmen can be. He is awesome all around. You know you are in good hands when working with Spencer! You can have trust and confidence in him which means everything when making a big decision. The dealership on a whole is professional yet friendly and inviting. Everyone in finance and service is friendly and professional. You feel like you are part of the BMW family when you are there, and this is why I decided to return for my second purchase/lease experience with this dealer. I'm extremely satisfied overall and would not hesitate to recommend Darien BMW and Spencer Martin to anyone interested in buying or leasing a BMW! More

This was the first time going to BMW of Darien. I purchased my car in Bridgeport and typically would go there, but decided to try Darien and they were amazing! From beginning getting the appointmen I purchased my car in Bridgeport and typically would go there, but decided to try Darien and they were amazing! From beginning getting the appointment, to them picking up the car doing the service keeping me abreast to everything that was going on and returning the car. They were extremely helpful regarding the option to get a ride back and forth to my home as I couldn’t wait for a loaner car and my husband is unable to drive anymore.
