Dealership just wants to make a deal I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue last Tuesday and traded in my 2009 Subaru Impreza. The sales team was very friendly and responsive up until the moment I I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue last Tuesday and traded in my 2009 Subaru Impreza. The sales team was very friendly and responsive up until the moment I left the dealership with my new car. Gary Rotter was our primary sales agent. I would not recommend him. He did not appear competent and did not follow through with his promises once I left the dealership. As discussed at the dealership before I left, Gary was to stop by my place the next evening, Wednesday, to pick up tires and title for my traded in Subaru, and go over some details with my new Nissan. Wednesday morning, Gary emailed us thanking us for our business and asking if we had any questions about the Nissan. I emailed him back shortly afterwards and told him I was happy with the car so far, but mentioned that the interior of the car didn't look clean / detailed. The Nissan was also handed over to me on an almost empty tank of gas, but I did not mention this. Gary emailed us back and totally ignored my comment about the interior of the car not being very clean and just said he's glad I'm happy and that he'd be by later that evening. Wednesday evening he dropped by my place and grabbed the Subaru items, but did not set foot in my Nissan and appeared extremely rushed. I asked him a couple of questions and he did not know the answers. He was probably at my place a total of 10 minutes. We emailed him about his lack of customer service shortly after he left. He called and left me a VM last Friday apologizing for being so rushed. He said he had another appointment to tend to and offered for me to bring my Nissan by the dealership if I had any questions or I could email him. I emailed him after listening to his VM last Friday asking him to email me a quick website link about my Nissan that he kept referring to. I still have not heard back from him. Very disappointed. More

Fantastic experience I came to Tynan's Nissan Aurora after several bad experiences at other dealers. I had walked away from negotiations at more than one dealership when t I came to Tynan's Nissan Aurora after several bad experiences at other dealers. I had walked away from negotiations at more than one dealership when the salespeople were either too pushy with tacking on un-asked for options or just plain dishonest. Taher was the complete opposite! He was friendly, didn't make stuff up and actually listened to what I asked for. I ended up with a great deal on an awesome Rogue.
