Tai made me and my family feel welcome/comfortable at the dealer, very different experience from the last time I went car shopping. Can't recommend her enough. As for Mazda Palm Beach, I was happy with the dealer, very different experience from the last time I went car shopping. Can't recommend her enough. As for Mazda Palm Beach, I was happy with the purchase process; I only talked to two people (Tai+Finance Guy who was also very pleasant and got me a great rate) during my visit. Everyone seemed welcoming and no one made you feel uncomfortable. More

Buyer beware! I have bought a lot of cars in my day, and this was the worst experience I have ever had by far. I purchased my car with cash and had it shipped. I a I have bought a lot of cars in my day, and this was the worst experience I have ever had by far. I purchased my car with cash and had it shipped. I asked specific questions about the car and was assured that everything was fine and that the dealership had “my back 100%”. Man was that a lie! Once I got the car and tried to contact the dealership about the multiple issues that the car had I soon found out that they wanted nothing else to do with me. I was depending on them to be my eyes for this purchase and the completely let me down. I would recommend buying your car from another dealership for sure. There are a lot of good ones out there, but this one is definitely not one of those! More
