Everyone at Beaver Toyota have always been nice, polite, and very eager to help in any way. I have bought 4 Toyota cars from Beaver Toyota and been WOWED from salesmen to service folks every time. Had an oil change today (along with a 21 Point Inspection) with a $39.95 coupon from Beaver Toyota. Service adviser (Louis) told me it would take about 1-1.5 hours. It actually took @ 25 minutes Inspection) with a $39.95 coupon from Beaver Toyota. Service adviser (Louis) told me it would take about 1-1.5 hours. It actually took @ 25 minutes. Looked at the final invoice and noticed that the state tax amount was wrong (overcharged by $1.64). When I brought this to Louis' attention he replied "the computer is never wrong". He didn't want to hear it! Spoke with "Scott" in the service office and he agreed that the invoice was in error (a programming issue) and offered to return the $1.64. Told him to simply credit my account. Also, nothing was discussed with me regarding the "21 point inspection". What was the outcome of this inspection? Was it even performed? Kind of felt as though I received the old "bum's rush" More

The service department at Beaver Toyota St. Augustine is the best. They are extremely helpful and truly take care of their customers. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Boito this time around and he h the best. They are extremely helpful and truly take care of their customers. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Boito this time around and he had me in and out of the service waiting area in no time. Also, after having my car’s system reset, Tammy was kind enough to get me to a service teammate and Hector was kind enough to assist me with getting my car’s speedometer switched from kilometers back to miles. HUGE thanks to the all of y’all. Overall great experience with the service team!! More

I bought a 2018 with 5 miles on it and a used 2016 with about 35,000 miles with in 1 year. They both come here for every maintenance. I bought it from here because of the warranty and I'm gone a lot being about 35,000 miles with in 1 year. They both come here for every maintenance. I bought it from here because of the warranty and I'm gone a lot being in the service so I wanted something reliable and with a good warranty it left my wife stranded because of a dead battery. After only 2 years on the battery they want me to pay almost $200 for a new one when the terminal was corroded. $200 for a battery that didn't even make it 2 years, the excuse was I had high miles which I commute to a base and back not stop and start. They completey over looked it and said it wasn't like that even tho I have pics from right after service. People make mistakes but atleast own up to it. Also on a side note I brought a friend in to get a new Toyota since he had issues with his Ford and was told they were mailing me a check for $100 which I never got. I didn't care much at the time but after the recent issue it just adds fuel to the fire. I feel like I was suckered by the 200K mile warranty. Also like to add it took me about 2 hours of negotiating on the 2018 to get a good price. The difference between the initial offer and what I paid was over $800 a month down to less then $550!
