Despite an initial miscommunication on the length of time service would take, my service advisor made every effort to keep me updated on the process and at the time of pick up, advised that he had gone the e service would take, my service advisor made every effort to keep me updated on the process and at the time of pick up, advised that he had gone the extra mile to confirm tire coverage on my tires and to ensure that the service was completely covered by the tire insurance. Not sure I will return to the service department. I was happy that they fixed the issue that I came in with, but they added it in about a $3000 job for my car.
