I take my Escalade to Delaware Cadillac for all my service needs. I have always been treated with respect and fairly. Bobby Jones and Tonya are both professional and take the time to explain everythin service needs. I have always been treated with respect and fairly. Bobby Jones and Tonya are both professional and take the time to explain everything. Bobby doesn’t try to add extra things that I don’t need and takes great care of my vehicle. Only dealer I will use for service. I liked them so much we just leased an XT6 from Delaware Cadillac. Harry Boyer is also aces. More

Service department is the worst. After several attempts via phone calls and email to contact Bobby Jones with no response, I had to mention on my last attempt to reach out to the owner of the dealership to via phone calls and email to contact Bobby Jones with no response, I had to mention on my last attempt to reach out to the owner of the dealership to get a return call. This is not the first time I have experienced issues however it will be the last time as I will not be returning to the service department. More
