This is the third time I'm doing this !!! Sales Dept. is great, Your finance dept is great, Your managers were very friendly. Your service dept. needs work ! I brought my daughters 2021 RAV 4 in for servic great, Your finance dept is great, Your managers were very friendly. Your service dept. needs work ! I brought my daughters 2021 RAV 4 in for service. 2 hours and 40 minutes later I left with the vehicle never being touched !!! What agitated me was when after approximately 2 hours I asked what was going with the car. He went to check, Came back, Told me about 15 more minutes. 40 minutes later he told me the car was not touched ! ME, Not knowing what was going on with my daughters car, Bought another vehicle while I was there !!! PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE SURVEYS !!! More
