We think he was looking out for our best interest. The was no presure or stress during our financing process. Thanks to Jason Keith, as well as, Taylor Alton, in the finance department at Toyota of Cleveland, I was able to purchase a Toyota Tundra, complete with all the protection services I needed, and they made finance department at Toyota of Cleveland, I was able to purchase a Toyota Tundra, complete with all the protection services I needed, and they made sure I stayed as close to the budget parameters I gave them as possible. The staff at Toyota of Cleveland will make you feel comfortable when shopping for a vehicle, and they will actually listen to you, and fully address all your vehicle needs and budget concerns. I have never had a better vehicle buying experience before. They actually care about the buyer, and not about just making a sale. I know they work on commission, and I respect that, but they treat you like a person, and not a dollar sign. Jason Keith is a wonderful person, and a great salesman, and I appreciate the time he took to listen to me, and he was more than willing to work inside my budget constraints, and help me find what I needed, and not just put me in something I didn't want or need.
