Best Experience Ever Buying a car! I went to the other Toyota place and test drove a new car. We drove to Cleveland, short story I got my 2019 Highlander and they gave us exactly what we wanted for our trade in. The manager even came in to say he was sorry how we were treated and gave us Toyota gifts. Great dealership! Taylor was awesome (thank you for my hat)! Tyler amazing! Cindy found the car and got us the best price ya'll could do. Cindy showed me a couple options on your lot. But not the color my wife wanted. Cindy and Taylor closed the deal on Saturday. Couple hours with Cindy, Taylor and Albert. Impressed with the electronic paperwork table Albert had. Purchased 45,000 Maint. Package, GAP insurance, Dent and Ding and Key Protection from Albert.
